About Us

Hatha Yoga Kula Logo

At Hatha Yoga Kula, our mission is to help you experience the physical, mental and spiritual power of yoga. Hatha yoga is a path towards balancing and uniting the opposites. Kula is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community”. This word is used to denote a sense of inclusion and belonging that can be cultivated through yogis coming together to practice yoga.

We provide yoga practices designed for you and your family’s unique needs. We aim to take you on a journey of discovering balance, strength, awareness and inner peace through classical Hatha Yoga teachings. All classes are taught by certified Isha™ Hatha Yoga instructors who will empower you with tools to lead a more holistic life on and off the mat.

ISHA HATHA YOGA is a profound science for allowing body and mind to reach their full potential. This is classical Hatha Yoga offered in its purest form, which is taught in a non-competitive and supportive environment.

Be, Breathe, and Blossom.
