Mindfulness at workplace

In the fast paced business world, we are asked to do more with less. Budgets keep getting smaller and targets and expectations keep getting higher. Mindfulness practices decrease stress and anxiety through simple guided yoga and meditation sessions. Classes cover simple yoga postures and breath techniques for enhanced wellbeing, mental focus, emotional balance and bodily rejuvenation.
