Private Classes

Private packages available for all programs offered by Hatha Yoga Kula. Customized yoga session to meet your unique needs. Explore Yogic fitness, philosophy and meditation practices at your own pace. Existing practitioners can benefit from personal attention of a trained teacher to refine their poses. 


Receive one on one attention and personalized instructions that can be continued on your own. The session can be held in the studio or the privacy of your home. To understand the basics of Hatha Yoga, at least two sessions are recommended.

We also offer customized wellbeing sessions that target weight loss, obesity, anxiety, stress, cardiac strengthening, diabetes, and rehabilitation.

Intensity - low to Medium

No Prior experience necessary

Duration - 1 sessions, 60 minutes (2+ sessions recommended )
