Existing practitioners can benefit from personal attention of a trained teacher to refine their poses.
Receive one on one attention and personalized instructions that can be continued on your own. The session can be held in the studio or the privacy of your home. To understand the basics of Hatha Yoga, at least two sessions are recommended.
